    I am not sure if you are aware of this but several of the charms pictured here on this website are not manufactured by JC. Some of them are not even the correct colors!

    First off, I love your website! I have only been collecting a little while so it is a great place to find information.
    I am almost 100% sure that Numbers 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,30 and 34 are replicas or not produced by Juicy Couture. Most of them are not even good knock-offs. I have my doubts about several other charms but since I cannot be absolute one way or the other I will hold my opinion.
    Charm 34 was first introduced by a seller from Hong Kong on ebay. US sellers purchased them and they are now being sold here on ebay.

    Is there a catalog anywhere of officially issued JC charms? I can’t believe some of the hoaxes out there. I have a hunch that the World Globe charm currently on eBay at $400+++ is a fake or reproduction. The original that I saw on the Neiman Marcus site was darker.

    My local Nordstrom currently carries #9, #12 – I’ve seen them.
    #3 is fake, Nordstrom & Nieman Marcus have the dog carrier, but it’s pink, not green.
    #4 the poodle can be found at Saks, the phot you have posted looks like a fake though.
    #12 Ballet Slippers are also at Nordstrom & Nieman Marcus
    #8 is called Bikini Bottoms and is on the Saks website.

    I LOVE your site…the Green Handbag (#3) was on sale last week at my relatively local Juicy outlet, but it did not have a doggie in it. I passed it by for the Padlock & Key Charm plus the Teapot – which I totally love. Oh…and the Purple Quilted Handbag…gorgeous!

    Wait…one of my favorites is the Coconut! Incredible detail…this will be a Hard To Find one very soon so if you can find it, get it! You’ll love it.

    The “Pink” Die is actually Orange, not Pink.

    I only started “collecting” these about 3 weeks ago and have already spent over $1,500…time to stop and take a breather. Well, at least wait for Fall and the Little Black Dog with the Orange Halloween Costume on him, plus the Bubblegum Machine…cannot wait!

    They have the mermaid on ebay but be careful! I dont have that charm so I cant tell u how to tell if its real or not but beware of certain sellers and pay attention to their feedback sometime that helps make a good decision.

    It makes me so mad that these people are selling fake, replica whatever you want to call it, charms. I am trying to collect these and I also ry to find a good deal, like on ebay but I never know which ones are real and which ones are fake, cause I got dooped on a strawberry dipped in chocolate, I should have read the description good it said “fits juicy bracelet” and didnt say anthing about it being authentic. I love collecting these, I just wish it was a guide that told you about all of these charms so we wont spend out hard earned (boyfriends : ) money on them.

    I have an Authentic Powder Blue Corset Charm I went to ebay to see if they had one and they do at almost $300. I can send pictures to you but not sure where to.. I was lucky, bought this from a reliable company that sells damaged/Shelfpulls/overstocks to me. I will put a link for the photo here not sure if this will work.

    I buy and sell Juicy too, but I’m not sure what to look for (rare and such) is there a list of pictures that could show me, if I see it I will remember . Or, Maybe a want list of buyers who are in search of and how much they are willing to buy it for, it would have to have some type of exp. date, if not it might be a good thing for someone to add/start.

    @Frannie – It’s hard to say per piece on average because different charms have varying values. If you just want to get an estimation for a charm you think might be worth a good amount of money, put it on Ebay with a really high reserve price so you can see how high people bid it up. Don’t forget to include good closeup pictures and an honest description.

    @Juicy Couture – I don’t know of any list like this that exists, so far this page is the most detailed list I’ve seen online.

    I’m disturbed by all the fakes. I bought a few on e-bay and they all came in the juicy boxes with the authentic looking price tags on the bottom. I’ll have to go home and really look at them. They looked good on first glance. I also bought from Hong Kong and the order is sitting at the post office. Oh well – I’ve been buying my JC at the JC store and at Nordstroms. I’ll know better re: ebay for the future.

      I am the accessories manager at a Juicy Couture store in SF. I am
      am a personal collector as well!. I can help with questions on
      charms as well as informing of new charms that come in our store
      before it hits. I have a charm newsletter that goes out every
      month to the many dedicated charm collectors out there! I hate
      The fake ones too. One thing you guys must know is that the DEPT
      stores move much slower in selling out of older charms so they
      are a good source of getting older charms. In the retail stores,
      we come out with 6-8 charms every month. We carry limited QTY so
      it is not massed produced. When it comes to charm prices the
      average is 52.00 now. It used to be 42.00-48.00. One thing I
      have to say is that the ballet slippers used to be an ongoing
      charm. Which means that we would always carry this charm. Just
      got word last month that this very lovely charm is going to be
      retired. It has been very popular for a long time. I wonder
      how much it will increase in value!

Oh and FYI the ballet slippers charm is on sale in juicy stores for 34.99 compared to the website which is owned by the department store Neiman Marcus, and other department stores. This is a retired charm soon. That is why it is on sale. The next charms to be on sale is the resort 2009 collection. in about i would say three weeks.

    I am trying to get accurate information regarding The Retired Jade Sea Horse Charm. I am looking for a buyer but don’t want to get taken advantage of. If anyone can help me with the year it expired and ID number. I have the original box, but a sticker was stuck on top and when I peeled it off it took the information too.

    i have jc charms, 70% were bought summer of 2005, and when i work at norstrom 2007 i have five or 8 from that year. im intrested in selling them as a auction or buy now, but before i can do that i need to see todays value, if i list them on ebay as auction or buy now, i will sell them 10 to 15% lower value, but i need some price value of jc charms

    Number 18 looks like a fake to me. I purchased one from an Ebay seller. Mine had a black painted bow. I asked for my monies back, which I got back but seller strongly believed that charm was real.

    Secondly, as a collector of JC charms, it’ unbelivable how many replicas you have listed. It almost seems like a guide that mislead naive buyers. I would suggest that you use the listing as one to pot fakes or replace your items with geniune JC Charms.

    Hello all, my girlfriend has a few JC charms that she’s
    looking to sell. We’re having a tough time finding what these
    are worth. I don’t believe any of them are in the price guide.
    If someone in-the-know could help me out and suggest the value
    of these, i’d appreciate it!

    They are:

    -a roulette wheel that spins
    -a slot machine with moving handle
    -Russian caviar
    - crystal/torquise horseshoe
    -a wishbone

    Don’t know if this is the place to ask for help but here goes. I
    got as a gift many years ago a Juicy necklace. It is a heart locket with a large crown and juicy banner on the front. I cannot find any info on this one at all. I think it came out in 2007. Wish I could show a pic of it. My BIL gave it to me and when he tried to take the price tag off the bottom everything came off. And now he has passed away and can’t ask him abou thte original price, style number or anything. Anyone can help? On the Norstrom website there is a picture and info on it but it is not available.
